Big brewpub with lots of ales to try. Had a great time sipping craft beers and snacking on wings and grilled corn. Loved being able to scan the QR code to check the beer list — made it easy to plan what to try! Happy hour (5–6pm) is perfect for tasting their top picks, so come early. Plenty of seating, and fun to explore the different spots — my favourites were the rooftop and alfresco area, both warm and cozy.

I have been to this bar several times now and I‘m impressed every single time! The atmosphere is welcoming, the drinks are expertly made. A special shoutout to Karla!!! She is incredibly friendly,attentive and makes you feel at home right away. You can really tell she loves what she does. Wether its recommending drinks or just having a quick chat, she makes the whole experience even better🫶 Definitely one of my favorite bars and I‘ll keep coming back 🍾

We had 2 tasting paddles to try all the beers they had to offer. We then narrowed our choices to 2 and had a pint of each.🍺 This is highly recommended especially if you're unsure which beer suits your palette.😉 We also ordered Drummer Boy🍔, Crispy Pork Belly Bites🥓, chicken wings🍗 and calamari. Food was good and service was good. The first time we ordered, there were no other customers (11:30am) so they offered to bring our tasting paddles to our table which was a very nice gesture. Wonderful atmosphere and lovely interior. They also have a roof terrace although I did not view it. I would highly recommend coming here. I hear my friend intends to patron again for a nightcap. 😄

A solid restaurant/bar right in the busy heart of Perth CBD, advertising "Burgers and Beers." I visited on a rainy Saturday, and walking in alone felt a bit intimidating at first. From the outside, it looked packed with a security guard at the door, which made me wonder if I'd find a spot. Luckily, the inside bar area was much quieter than expected, and I was able to grab a seat at the counter easily. I started with the beer tasting paddle (6 beers of your choice), which was a great move. It allowed me to find a favorite—the James Squire The Swindler Tropical Pale Ale—which I then ordered as a pint for around $15. It's brewed in Camperdown, NSW, and was a refreshing way to kick off my Perth trip. The side dishes were decent too; the salad and the fried chicken (karaage) were a fairly healthy and tasty match for the beer. If you're looking for a reliable spot for a good pint and pub snacks, this is a good bet.

What a great bar. Seriously good. Am here on holiday and love to explore so I never go back to the same bar twice. But here I made an exception. Great food - the Pounder was a triumph and better beer. Love the paddle - I has 3 in total, all excellent. And the ‘human juke box’ on Saturday was terrific! I visited 3 nights out of 4! Most unusual and the staff were brilliant, especially Scott, Marco, G, Cata and Travis. Am here for 4 more nights and know I will struggle to find a better bar. Congratulations!!!

Had a fantastic experience at The Generous Squire! The service was excellent from start to finish, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had the chance to chat with Chef Muna, who was incredibly kind and approachable. You can really tell she cares about both the food and the customers. The meal was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and I left very happy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I just celebrated my 30th birthday on the 28/3/26 at The Generous Squire in the Kissing Point rooftop area, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. A huge shoutout to Lewis, our bartender for the night, who went above and beyond to look after our large group. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole night run so smoothly, truly amazing to deal with! The food was delicious and full of flavour, every dish was a hit with our guests. The venue itself has such a great vibe, especially on the rooftop, making it the perfect setting for a special celebration. Highly recommend for events or even just a great night out. Thank you for making my 30th so memorable! 🎉

I went today for the Tacos Thursday, and the food did not disappoint me at all. Starting with the handmade tortillas, the great flavour of the birria and al pastor were true to Mexico. Looking forward to go back again next Thursday with some friends!
